Domains, hosting, and renewals
Essential uses one regular budget domain other than .com or .id. The extension, vendor, hosting capacity, and renewal costs are confirmed before ordering. Essential hosting and HTTPS remain proposed inclusions. Professional includes one .com or .id domain, not both. Hosting does not mean maintenance.
Design and website content
Essential adapts a selected layout with your logo, colors, images, and text. Starter adapts standard components to your business identity, including light text editing. Professional includes requirements discussion, page structure, visual direction, layouts for different page types, content hierarchy, light editing, layout and navigation checks, and a short handover guide. You supply the core material; writing from scratch is separate. Section and session limits are agreed in the quote.
What does basic SEO include?
Starter and Professional include titles, meta descriptions, headings, relevant image alt text, URLs, a sitemap, and indexing rules for the agreed pages. Monthly SEO, articles, backlinks, in-depth keyword research, and guaranteed Google rankings are excluded. Essential does not include SEO optimization.
What counts as one revision round?
One round is a consolidated list of minor feedback on the agreed design or content: text, images, colors, or layout adjustments. New pages, features, or design directions are discussed separately.
What does maintenance include?
Starter and Professional include website checks, fixes for bugs in the original work, and minor updates during the period shown on the card, starting at launch. Check frequency and update allowances are agreed in the quote. New features, redesigns, ongoing SEO, migration, recovery from third-party changes, and vendor fees are excluded. Essential has no maintenance; scope compliance is checked at handover.
Social links, WhatsApp, and GA4
Social and WhatsApp integration means profile links and a button to open a conversation. Chatbots, the WhatsApp API, catalog synchronization, and automation are excluded. Professional GA4 setup covers one property and a basic tag; transaction tracking and custom dashboards are separate.
Additional features and languages
Each package includes one language for the client website. Extra languages, pages, a CMS, POS, e-commerce, reservations, CRM, payment gateways, business email, and custom integrations require a separate quote.
Schedule, payment, and handover
Scheduling depends on content readiness, pages, functionality, and the work queue. Payment terms and any taxes or mandatory fees are explained before you approve the quote. The domain is registered for you; management access and files are handed over under the quote after payment is complete. Third-party licenses still apply.

No. You can start with your website’s goals, business information, and a few references. We’ll discuss the structure and design direction once we understand your needs.
02 What should I prepare?
Prepare your business information, services or products, contact details, and any available logos or images. You don’t need everything ready for the first discussion.
03 Will the website work on mobile?
Yes. The layout is designed to adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops so visitors can use its main content and features.
04 Are domain and hosting included?
Listed domains cover the first year. Starter and Professional include first-year hosting; Essential hosting needs confirmation. Renewals and work outside the scope are charged separately. Domains are subject to availability; Essential excludes .com and .id.
05 How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the pages, features, and content readiness. We’ll discuss the project schedule before work begins.
06 How do revisions work?
Revision rounds follow your selected package. One round is a consolidated list of minor changes. Requests outside the scope are discussed separately.
